He was predeceased by: his father Jake Spisak; and his brother John Spisak. He is survived by: his spouse Michele Marchione; his children, Danielle and Daniel Spisak; his grandchildren, Jayla and Jacob Isenberg; his children, Jaydan, Brendan and Kingdan Spisak; and his brothers, Michael Spisak (Betty) and Matthew Spisak (Tracy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
