As Haley Jo departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Haley Jo. Though Haley Jo may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her daughter Amelia Jo Phem; and her siblings, Diana Gill, Paige Gill, Shawn Gill and Skyler Hollis. She is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
