He is survived by: his wife Marchell; his daughters, Chelsea Azen (Shawn) and Tori Rippole (Anthony); his grandchildren, Avery, Addilynn, Alani, Tony and Bo; and his brothers, Stanley (late Elaine) and David (Mary Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
