He was predeceased by: his brother Michael "Mickey" Dragan; his parents, Steve Dragan and Mary Dragan; and his former wife Donna Dragan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Aland (Pat); his stepdaughters, Michelle Aland and Heather Eastgate (Gavin); his grandsons, Nathan and Noah Eastgate; his sibling's children, Nicole Miller (Chris), Lauren Powell (William) and Christopher Miller; his sister-in-law Joanne; and his cousin Nancy Hanobik (Drew).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, where Bill has been a dedicated member since childhood.
