He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bosnak (Toth) of Dunedin, FL; his daughter Katherine Berry-Wade (Quentin Wade) of Trafford; his grandsons, Dylan Berry and Xavier Wade of Trafford; his sister Karen Bosnak of McKeesport; his nephew Zachary Bosnak of McKeesport; his close friend Sherri Smith of McKeesport; and also Matt.
