We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, at the age of 82, Bernard Charles Linkhauer of McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bernard Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theodore and Ruby Clair Linkhauer (Wardropper). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Linkhauer (McLean); his sons, Bernie Lee Linkhauer (Lisa Coulson) of Elizabeth Township and Curt Linkhauer (Christy) of Yorkhaven, PA; his grandchildren, Brittney Wahl (Corey), Kyle Linkhauer (Courtney Stickler) and Carrie Linkhauer; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Weston Linkhauer; and his granddaughter Eileen Linkhauer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory (6028 Smithfield St, McKeesport, PA 15135). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
