She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Herzog and Jeanie Herzog (Snedon); her sisters, Jean Smart, Gladys Bachelor and Delores Patton; and her son Philip Menzie.
She is survived by: her husband James Jakomas (Jim); and her sons, Daniel Menzie of Springfield, MO and Jared Menzie (Debbie) of Smithfield, NC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
