He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Kozlowski and Pearl Kozlowski (Penkalski); and his siblings, Chester, Ignatius, Stanley, Joseph, Raymond, Laura, Mary and Pearl.

He is survived by: his sibling's children, Laura Massie and Chris Martin. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
