He was predeceased by: his mother Faith Ann Kuzel (Allen). He is survived by: his father Robert Kuzel; his brothers, Michael (Christin) and Jimmy; his nieces, Kaitlynn, Kailey, Kassidy and Mckenzie; and his nephew Michael Jr..
Jason called the Verland Foundation home for over 25 years.
