He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Pollak and Rose Pollak (Lenart); his wife Eunice B. Pollak (Barchie); his daughter Sharon Pollak; and his brother Reverend Claude Pollak (S. B.).
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Huntington (Peter) of Bethel Park, PA, Tim Pollak (Nancy) of Frederick, MD, Bill Pollak (Stephanie) of Lake Ridge, VA and Terri Mitchell of Liberty Borough, PA; his grandchildren, Katherine Huntington, Bobby Huntington (Mackenzie), Becky Pollak (Trevor Grouse), Nick Pollak (Hannah), Mike Pollak (Anna), Lacey Serbia (Joe), Chelsea Akers (David), Emily Mitchell (Kyle Oakes) and Casey Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Serbia, Zoey Grouse and Gabe Pollak.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Eugene Church (St. Joachim and Anne Parish) (3210 Liberty Way, McKeesport, PA 15133).
Donations can be made to Fayette Friends of Animals where Lenart got his beloved dog Roscoe.
