She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Smith and Nellie Smith (Van Fossen); and her brother James D. Smith (Greta Smith). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Fairley; her children, Scott Larkin (Stacey), Michael Larkin (Jody) and Kristin Perry (Jason); and her sister Marilyn Lewis (Kenny). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
