He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Wagner and Claire Slick Wagner. He is survived by : his wife Gayle L. Mackey Wagner; his siblings, George Wagner (late Margaret) of North Braddock, Patricia Dulemba (Andrew) of Harrison City and Charlene Stewart (Rodney) of Jeannette; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Swoger (late Bill) of North Braddock, Cynthia Hayden (Dennis) of McKeesport and Lori Craft (late Lee) of Glassport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
