We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 71, William E. Potts Jr. of McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Potts and Gloria Potts (Tosi); and his brothers, Joe (Barb) and Dave Potts. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Potts (Hall); his children, Wendy Matesic (Mike) of Monroeville, William R. Potts (Deanna) of Liberty Borough, Jennifer Mosqueda (Kevin) of Lincoln Borough and Janice Kieffer (Ryan) of North Versailles; his grandchildren, Amber, Ben of Taylor, K. C., Connor, Katie, Tanner, Morgan and Rylie; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hudson, Owen, Wesley, Brody, Olivia and Kasen; and his brothers, Art Potts (Sue) and Shawn Potts (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willig Funeral Home & Crematory (220 9th St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
