She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Smith; and her siblings, David Habley and Georgene Kriz. She is survived by: her children, Brian Day (Lindae), Lee Ann Sardo and Brad Day (Kelly); her stepsons, Tom Smith and Frank Smith (Amy); and her brother Tom Habley. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Center Presbyterian Church (255 Center Church Rd, McMurray, PA 15317).
