In loving memory of Eileen Eiter of McMurray, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on October 10, 2025 at the age of 96. Eileen leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lew and Ann Lew; her husband Henry Eiter; and her siblings, Ray Lew and Mercedes Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Walsh (David), Dave Eiter (Shelly) and Gary Eiter (Jessica); her grandchildren, Debbie Christopher (James), Andy Walsh (Carolyn), Megan Windrich (Marcus), Nathan Walsh (Jennifer), Malory Eiter, Brandon Eiter, Ryan Eiter (Rachel) and Gabrielle Eiter; and her great grandchildren, George, Eric, Martha, Elsie, Isabelle, Evelyn and Cameron.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peters Township Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict the Abbot Church (120 Abington Dr, McMurray, PA 15317). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Washington County Humane Society.
