He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duckworth and Margaret "Peg" Duckworth; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Sean Duckworth and Kristin Duckworth-Barber; and his grandchildren, Enzo, Timo Duckworth, Torin, Braxton and Larkin Barber.
