He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Durko and Anne Durko; and his siblings, Cecelia Durko Burrows and Ray Durko. He is survived by : his wife Susan Hemphill Durko; his daughter Beth Wendt (Jim); and his granddaughter Brianna Wendt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
