He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Kubera and John Kubera; and his siblings, Jim Kubera and Jane Kubera. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kubera (Zapko); his children, John Michael (Kelly), Mark (Chelsie), David and Natalie (Andrew); his granddaughters, Katarina, Lola and Charli; and his brother Joe Kubera (Leslie).
