He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Charles and Ann Smith (Jakubek). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Smith (Godzo); his daughter LeAnne Kostic; his granddaughters, Cassandra Marie Kostic and Elizabeth Ann Kostic; and his great grandchild Brody James.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beinhauer Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict the Abbot Church - St. John (120 Abington Dr, McMurray, PA 15317).
