She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Evancho and Irene Latzy; her stepfather Michael Latzy; her brother Donald Evancho; her parents-in-law, Mary Mehalik and Joseph Mehalik; her brother-in-law Brice Dinsmore; her niece Lisa Ann Evancho; and her great-niece Abbey Rose Olsakovsky.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Mehalik; her daughters, Lori Pulit (Robert), Judith Olsakovsky (Steven) and Susan Gyurina (James); her grandchildren, Tara Pulit, Joseph Pulit, Lily Bamberger (Benjamin), Carly Olsakovsky (Connor Gray), Louis Olsakovsky (Olivia), Ava Flores (Pete), Jack Gyurina (Jessica) and Angie Gyurina; her great grandchildren, Lyla Justine Bamberger and Brice Bamberger; and her sisters-in-law, Liz Dinsmore and Maryann Evancho.
