Though Marjorie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marjorie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George McGovern and Margaret McGovern (Finerty); her husband William H. Werner; and her siblings, Joseph McGovern and Virginia Schlutz.
She is survived by: her sister Dolores Miller; and her children, Peggy, Bob, Jim (Karen) and Mary Ann Gregory (Dan). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and their spouses, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beinhauer Funeral Home (2820 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Benedict the Abbot Church (120 Abington Dr, McMurray, PA 15317).
