With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael F. McElligott of McMurray, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne McElligott (Henry); and his in-laws, Sally Gemperle (Jim), Danny McElligott, Taddy Murray (John) and Tommy McElligott (Mary).
He is survived by: his sons, Jake McElligott (Julie) and Marty McElligott (Erika); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Maeve, Catherine, Martha, Joseph, Anna, Peter and Brigid; his brothers, Bill McElligott (Maureen) and Frank McElligott (Carol); and his brother-in-law Joseph Henry. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
