He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Lowe and Mary Lowe (Grieve); his wife Shirley Arlene Hoffman; and his siblings, John "Jack" Lowe of Jefferson Hills and Molly Lowe of Pittsburgh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherrill Lowe Wilson of Crossville, TN and Nancy Lowe Kostrevski (Zoran) of Columbus, OH; and his grandchildren, Nikolina Kostrevski Stonis (Maxwell) of Dundee, MI and Alexander Lloyd Kostrevski (Kelly) of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
