He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Kathy P. Jones; his children, Devin L. Peters (Stephanie), Stephanie S. McLaughlin (Ted) and Boyd Jones; his parents, Lois Y. Roach and Wilbert C. Jones; his siblings, C. Dale Jones (Sherri), Ken Jones (Cindy), David Jones and Dean Jones (Amy); and his grandchildren, Richard Peters, Reagan Peters, Ella Peters, Brayden McLaughlin, Riley Mclaughlin, Wyatt McLaughlin, Sawyer McLaughlin, Bennett Jones, Hazel Jones, S. Seabee Battalion and Peters Creek Baptist Church.
