He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Topper and Catherine Topper (McDermott); and his siblings, Paul, Patsy, Sylvia and Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Topper (Neiderer); his son Stephen Topper; his daughter-in-law Stacey; his grandchildren, McKenna, Ryan and Molly; his daughter Kimberly Renner (Topper); his siblings, Dennis, Spencer, Carolyn, Stella, Dave, Wayne, Tom and Cindy; and also Michael.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (26 N 3rd St, McSherrystown, PA 17344).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Annunciation BVM Catholic church and school.
