He is survived by: his wife Helen N. Hagarman (Baker); and his children, Carol S. Slavin (Thomas) of Fairfield, Gregory Hagarman (Kaye) of Seven Valleys, Richard C. Hagarman (Vickie) of Hanover, Mark Hagarman (Diane) of Littlestown and Julie Price (Devon) of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
