We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2023, at the age of 82, William L. Bell of McSherrystown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae V. Bell (Ackerman) and Melvin D. Bell; and his brother Charles of Richardson, TX.. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Bell of Harrisburg and Christopher Bell of Hanover; his grandsons, Nathan of McSherrystown and Hayden of McSherrystown; his daughter-in-law Barbara; his sister Daun Staub (Bell); and his close friend Linda Wrightson of Cockeysville, MD..

In lieu of flowers, contributions in William's memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516 (woundedwarriorproject.org).
