He is survived by: his wife Jill Welsh (Fisher); his daughter Genna Rae Welsh Kasun; his son-in-law Kevin Pattrick Kasun of Wise; his brother Frank Welsh Jr.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Gardner of Reedsville.
