We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2025, at the age of 86, Barbara A. Shay of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle "Pete" Casler and Leona Casler (Reed). She is survived by: her husband Robert Shay; her children, James Shay (Amy) of Beaver, PA and Jodi Shay of Erie; her grandchildren, Christian Shay (Victoria) and Brittany Brumbaugh (Ryan); and her great grandchild Chloe Shay.
