He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Williams and Ruth E. Breisch Williams; his brother Michael; and his niece Kelly Williams. He is survived by: his children, Angela M. Williams III (Molly) of Cranesville; his grandchildren, Jack and Madeline Williams; and his brothers, Bob (Debra) of Alabama, Tom (Alicia) of Cochranton, Jack of South Carolina and Mark (Orpha) of South Carolina.
