He was predeceased by : his parents, John F. Post and Helen Post; his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, John Oliver, Robert, Janet and Diana.

He is survived by : his children, Frank Post Jr. (Linda), Gordan Post (Bonnie) and Tamie Valeo (Leonard); his grandchildren, Adam Dye, Ethan Dye, Jason Post, Aaron Post, Maxwell Post, Zachary Post, Chelsea Mucci, Tyler Valeo and Sydney Valeo; his great grandchildren, Angel Espinoza, Leila Dye and Ryan Dye; his great great grandchildren, Elijah and Isaiah Espinoza; and his siblings, Kathy, Gary, Walter, Fred, Sue and Anne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
