He is survived by: his son Russell of Portland; his granddaughter Haley of Meadville; his stepdaughter Christine Klecic; and his close friends, Pat McHale, Gaynell Mailliard, Tom McCain, Tim Martsoff and Ed Kiter.
In lieu of flowers, Frank wished for memorial donations to be made to Epiphany of the Lord Parish in his memory.
