He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Thomas and Josephine E. Thomas. He is survived by: his close friend Carol Thomas of Meadville; his daughters, Jodi Burlingame (Richard) of Saegertown and Kathy Cummings (Jim) of McKean; his grandchildren, Nichole Foust (Chris) of Saegertown, W. M, Zachary Burlingame (Megan) of Guys Mills, Lucas Cummings of McKean and Ashley Cummings of McKean; and his great grandchild Emma Foust.
