It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Barickman of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact George had on those he encountered along his journey. Though George may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Barickman and Blanche Barickman (ReBrassier); and his brother Victor Barickman. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Beverly Barickman of Meadville; his nephews, Joseph Barickman of Warren, OH and John Barickman (Brooke) of Uniontown, OH; and his great-nephews, Andrew and Dean.
