Jacob William Smith Obituary

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Bruce (Moe), Duane and Joanne Smith; and his uncle James Smith. He is survived by: his parents, William Smith (Lisa) of Cochranton and Genevieve "Gen" Smith (Lovell) of Meadville; his aunt Mandi Bruce (Dan) of Edinboro; his siblings, Scot Craft of Meadville, Kody Craft (Stephanie) of Hadley, Matthew Dugan (Angela) of Meadville, Matthew Craft of Austin, TX, Devanie Craft of Land, Zachary Nageotte of Meadville and Wyett Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Easton Craft, Brylee Craft, Mateo Burnett, Rylee Dugan, Josiah Hernandez, Zayne Anes and Lincoln Craft. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (404 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335).
