He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard and Mary Ann Ewing (Muck). He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Ferrari; his daughters, Haley and Miah; his brother Michael Ewing (Wendy); his parents-in-law, George and Judy Ferrari; his brother-in-law Todd Ferrari; and his sibling's children, Brandon Ewing, Katelyn Ewing, Taylor Shank (Chuck), Dominic Ferrari and Erik Ferrari.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Vietnam Vets Post #52, 13216 Dunham Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
