He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bilinski and Dorothy Bilinski (Milcic); and his siblings, Eleanor Eckler (Bilinski) and Eugene Bilinski. He is survived by: his wife Cinda Allen; his daughters, Tracey Clapper (David "DJ" Prittie) of Cambridge Springs and Tricia Nicewonger (Christian "Gage" Hedrick); and his grandchildren, Riley Fink, Rowan Nicewonger and Elijah Nicewonger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
