He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Moore and Carrie F. Moore (Slagle); and his siblings, Bobby and Merna Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Cruz Elena Moore; his children, Gloria E. Ciriza and John "Jake" Moore Jr.; his grandchildren, Marcello, Juan, Marnae, Maria, Eva and Elena; and his siblings, Francis Prazenica and Regis Wermter. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
