With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim L. Nelson of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kim L. Nelson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Timothy Nelson and Sandra Schussler Broadhurst; and her sisters, Cindy Snyder and Karen Nelson. She is survived by : her husband Mark Foster of Meadville; her children, John Vroman of Meadville, Teanna Vroman (Aaron Wheeler) of Townville and Jessica Oakes of Titusville; her grandchildren, Jason Oakes (Linsey) of Titusville and Breanna Vroman of Meadville; her sister Kathy Feroz (Ronald) of Titusville; her siblings-in-law, David Foster of Brampton Ontario and Allanha Harte (Neill) of Brampton Ontario; and her nieces, Heather Fox of Oil City and Beth Falco. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews; many beloved friends in Texas, and her IHOP family.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. (303 N Washington St, Titusville, PA 16354).
