He is survived by: his wife Rita Hasko; his daughter Julie Slagle of Townville, PA; his stepdaughter Leslie Anderson (Charlie) of Meadville, PA; his grandchildren, Natalie, Laura, Lydia, Will Slagle of Townville, PA and Chase Anderson of Meadville, PA; and his siblings, Juanita Reid (James) of Olean, NY, Christine Garvy, Rex Stein (Maryanne) of Mercer, PA, Dallas Stein (Jean) of Meadville, PA and Alex Stein of Cochranton, PA..
