He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Frank Baldwin and Florence May Spencer Baldwin; his wife Joyce Elizabeth Baldwin; and his son Robert Frank Baldwin III. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Marie Shafer (David) of Meadville and Tammy Renee Johnston (Eric) of Saegertown; and his grandchildren, David Shafer, Pam Kennedy, Veronica Shafer, Steven Shafer, Brittany Peters, Derrick Johnston and Ryan Johnston. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
