He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Wise and Betty Jean Wise (Sibley); his brother William G. Wise, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Roger M. Crump. He is survived by: his significant other Patty Lynn; his children, Seth Wise of Meadville and Bethany Wise of Maryland; his stepson Justin Deeter (Lauren) of Missouri; his sister Karen Crump of Meadville; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ann Wise of Meadville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two nieces.
