She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Shelenberger and Alice Shelenberger (Schlosser); her husband Robert A. Lybarger; her daughter Cynthia Lybarger; and her siblings, Harold Eugene, Shirley Marvin and Margaret June Shelenberger.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Duane Shelenberger, Charles Shelenberger, Philip Shelenberger, Dorothy Harrison, Christine McCullough and Janet Sheakley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
