She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lowe and Phyllis Lowe Zimmer; and her daughter Bonnie Sue Williams. She is survived by: her husband Duane Williams of Union City; her daughters, Ashley Frisina (Joe, Jr.) of Corry and Stephanie Hobson (Joel) of Union City; her grandchildren, Lexi, Kyla, Keaton Frisina, Quinn and Beckett Hobson; and her siblings, Joyce Williams (John) of Waterford, Bea Thurau of Union City, Linda Melnick (Blaine) of Waterford and Phil Lowe of Union City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sandee's memory to the Erie Humane Society, 2407 Zimmerly Road, Erie, PA 16506.
