Theresa T. Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 100, Theresa T. Smith of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alessandro Tartaglione and Angelina Tartaglione (Morrell); her husband Junior Smith; and her siblings, Jean Guttadauria, Lucy Stake, James Tartaglione and Joseph Tartaglione.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Evans (Lee) of Jacksonville, FL; her granddaughters, Laura Evans of Jacksonville, FL and Kimberly McDonald (Luke) of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchildren, Rigby and Griffin McDonald; and her sisters, Angelina "Angie" Lewis of Meadville and Mary Consiglio (Frank) of Saegertown. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church (1085 Water St, Meadville, PA 16335).
