He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terry" Martin of Agatha's Church; his children, Connie Blumenstein (Mike) of Linesville, Thomas Baker, Jr. of Conneaut Lake, Suzanne "Suzie" Miller (Rich) of Conneaut Lake and Holly Diamond (Bill) of Weirton, WV; his brothers, Leslie Baker (Jane) of Tacoma, WA, Carl Baker, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA and Gary Baker, Sr. of Meadville; his grandchildren, Gabe, Mike, Kelli, Cory, Nick, Matt, Billy and Santana; and his great grandchild Maci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
