He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lelko and Mary Lelko (Harrenshaw); his wife Mary Daniels; his son Walter James "Junior" Lelko Jr.; and his siblings, Gertrude Satonica (John), Louise O'Dell (Frank), John Lelko (Peg), Sam Lelko (Betty), Lavon Tingley and James Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Lelko of Conneautville, PA and Elizabeth Lelko of Blooming Valley, PA; his granddaughters, Brittney Hall (Benjamin) of Cochranton, PA and Bethany Lelko of Blooming Valley, PA; his great grandchildren, Isaac and Ivory Hall; his siblings-in-law, Bill Tingley of Geneva and Shirley Frazier of Saegertown, PA; Larry and Diane Courson.
