We bid farewell to William L. Sullivan (Meadville, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 3, 2024 at the age of 86. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Sullivan and Beulah M. Sullivan (Rafferty); his wife Carol Peterson; his siblings, John "Jack" Sullivan, Gerald "Jerry" Sullivan and Jean Scofield; and his stepson Brian Armour.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Plati (Rob) of Vienna, VA; his stepsons, Michael Hovis (Hazel) of Bacolod City, William Hovis of Carlton and Steven Hovis (Jamie) of Guys Mills; and his siblings, Lonnie Sullivan (Claudia), Doloris Drew, Sandy Lake, Lola Powell, Hadley and Leona Kutz (John). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family has suggested that memorial tributes may be made to Alzheimer's Research through the Western Pennsylvania Alzheimer's Organization.
