She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Hersey and Sarah "Sally" Hersey (Whitten); her grandson Ryan Brown; and her sister Mary Ellen Blanchard. She is survived by: her husband Col. Robert Lindley Sloane; her daughters, Lynn Sloane Brown of Ludlow, KY and Susan Lenor Sloane of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Shawn of Covington, KY and Erin Brown of Covington, KY; and her sister Lenor Hersey of Mechanicsburg.
