He was predeceased by: his father Dale Newcomer; and his former wife Kathleen "Kathy" Ann Newcomer (Vivian). He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Elizabeth Newcomer (Barrie); his children, Jennifer Turberville (Dave) of Apple Valley, MN, Brian Newcomer (Michele) of Circle Pines, MN, Eric Newcomer (Ashley) of Conshohocken, Steven "Steve" Newcomer (Dannielle) of Mechanicsburg and Lisa Newcomer of Mechanicsburg; his stepchildren, Christine Yendell (Brad) of Bel Aire, MD and Kevin Masse (Anna) of Etters; his grandchildren, Alexa, Owen, Jack, Caden, Elaina, Corey, Caleb, Katelyn, Holly, Blake and Ronald; and his brothers, Fred Newcomer (Penny) of Watsonville and Patrick Newcomer (Rebecca) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
